Youth Development Coach

Join our coaching team and help lead fun, active classes for children ages 18 months–12 years old through Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programs.

No coaching or soccer experience is required. We provide the training, lesson plans, and support to help you feel prepared and build confidence as a coach.

What You’ll Do

• 
  Lead fun, structured games and activities using provided lesson plans.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every class.
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn, play, and build confidence.
• Build positive relationships with the kids and families in your classes.
• Participate in ongoing training and coach development.

• No previous coaching or soccer experience required.

Availability

Weekend availability is important for this role, with many coaching opportunities taking place on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Weekday shifts may also be available depending on location.
