Logistics Operations & Freight Coordination

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight, air freight, and trucking.
• Communicate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas partners.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates.
• Prepare, review, and organize shipping documents.
• Assist with freight quotations, carrier rates, bookings, and shipment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Identify and help resolve shipment delays or operational issues.

Customer Service & Administrative Support

• Communicate professionally with customers and business partners via email and phone.
• Respond to inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Assist with general office administration and daily operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean are a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, freight brokerage, trucking, or transportation.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, or operations.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

Eligible employees receive up to $350 per month / Net in combined lunch and cell phone support, in addition to regular compensation and other employee benefits.
