About Us:

Mind & Body Therapy is an integrative wellness practice in Frisco, Texas built around a three-pillar model: clinical therapy, nervous system regulation, and bodywork. Our clinicians, somatic practitioners, and bodywork specialists work with the same clients, coordinating care across all three pillars in a way that most practices talk about but very few actually do.

We are hiring a fully licensed LPC or LCSW who is ready for the autonomy of private practice without the overhead, isolation, and administrative burden of going solo.

What the role looks like

You carry your own caseload as a 1099 contractor, set your schedule within our room availability, and focus on clinical work. We handle billing, scheduling infrastructure, intake coordination, and the operational systems that consume therapists in solo practice.

You will join a clinical team of therapists providing individual counseling, couples and family therapy, EMDR, trauma processing, and life coaching. Your clients also have access to somatic processing and bodywork services through our self-care team, which means the therapeutic work you do in session has somewhere to land between sessions.

We have clients on our waiting list ready to be matched with a new therapist, so you will not be starting from zero.

Our clinical team works across a broad range of presenting concerns, including:

• Anxiety and stress
• Trauma and PTSD
• Depression
• Life transitions and adjustment
• Relationship and communication issues
• Couples and family conflict
• Grief and loss
• Burnout and work-life balance
• Women's issues and identity
• Parenting support

Trauma-informed training is a meaningful differentiator, but this is not a trauma-only practice and we are not limiting the search to trauma specialists. We are looking for a skilled, generalist clinician who can serve a range of adults and families.

Compensation

This is a percentage-based contractor model. Therapists at Mind & Body Therapy typically earn between $50 and $60 per session depending on session type and payer mix.

What we are looking for

• Full licensure as an LPC or LCSW in the State of Texas, in good standing
• Ability to work with adults and families across a range of clinical presentations
• Comfort in an integrative, multidisciplinary setting
• Someone who wants the feel of private practice with the support of a team and an established infrastructure
• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule

We will not guarantee a full book on day one. What we will tell you is that we have clients waiting, the referral pipeline is active, and the clinicians who join us have a team around them that most solo practitioners never do.
