As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the customer experience from the initial conversation through the close.
Conduct scheduled in-home appointments with prospective clients.
Build rapport and create a comfortable, professional experience for each customer.
Ask questions to understand customers' needs, goals, and concerns.
Explain insurance products and solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Present recommendations based on each client's individual needs.
Answer questions and handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
Guide customers through the sales process and help them make informed decisions.
Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
Stay current on products, training, and sales best practices.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.
Top-performing representatives can earn approximately $70,000–$150,000 annually , based on individual sales performance.
