What You’ll Earn A guaranteed competitive base wage - you get paid it whether the salon is packed or slow. Your paycheck isn't a gamble on foot traffic. Our successful stylists earn $20-$50 per hour in total effective wage - base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips. Up to 20% commission on product sales. What You Bring A valid Cosmetology or Barber license (required). Strong cutting skills, or the eagerness to build them fast. New grads welcome.
